The MasterTune, a device made in the USA (US patent # 6,655,665 B2) to adjust the main jet, keeps improving.

Several hundred of karters and bikers around the world have expressed their opinions and we listened.

In the early days, the set screws that held the plug to the gearbox used to get loose with vibrations, so we designed a new clamp-on mechanism that eliminates that possibility.

We also found out that in two occasions the users informed us of the needle jammed into the brass gear, so not only we adjusted the tolerances, also tightened the quality control and it never failed again.
The MasterTune is also available for four stroke motors.

We are so confident of the quality of our product we honor a Limited Lifetime Warranty, to the original owner. Return a unit with a manufacturing defect and we will ship you a new one, for as long as you own it. Normal wear and tear not applicable.

Furthermore, there is a solution for those 125cc that have the bottom of the carburetor too close to the engine cases, a custom spacer that allows the MasterTune to be installed.

As always, the length of the shaft can be cut at any size.
