Hi All,
I hope you are all ready for the Big One. I attach some information regarding the GP and the passes will be in the post on Monday.
The passes for our friends from across the water will be either given to you personally on Thursday/Friday or left at the gate as you enter the circuit.

The timetable reflexs the fact that we have 56 entries for the F250 National class which of course means A, B & C groups in qualifying. Among this total is Neil Hawley who will be running a KTM 4 stroke off the back of the grid. He will not be eligible to qualify for the pre-final and final of the F250 National class.

The Division 1 & 2 Superkart entry totals 40 for the Qualifying races but will grow to 42 for the pre-final and finals when two of the British lads will transfer over after their Saturday British Championship races.
This will then mean it exceeds the maximum permitted grid formation of 40 so you will notice we have included a seperate pre-final and final for the Division 2 drivers on the Sunday. If the total by Sunday is no more than 40 then we will revert to combined races for the Division 1 & 2 Superkarts in the pre-final and GP Final

Those of you that are arriving on Thursday please remember that there is a track day taking place and you will not able to occupy much of the paddock areas until after 17.30.; Please respect the fact that the hirers of the circuit on Thursday are entitled to the space they need in the paddock area. We do not want any arguements please. Our good name is at stake !!!!!!!!!

The Control fuel mandated for Divison 1 & 2 Superkarts is Carless Hyperflo 250 (102 octane)
The Control fuel mandated for F250 National and F125 Open is Carless Hyperflo Kart (100 octane)
F210 National and F125 ICC UK is as per the MSA regulations (100 octane) so either road side pump fuel or Hyperflo Kart must be used.
Please remember if you are in the classes mandated for control fuel then you are liable to be tested during the event so do not mix different fuels together as the test applied at the lab is very sensitive and can
detect even the smallest parts of other fuels. Make sure your tank is completely dry before filling with Hyperflo control fuel.
The fuel will be available to be collected on Friday and again on Saturday morning. In order to help our overseas friends the fuel supplier will have spare cans of fuel available to purchase.

We will be holding a raffle in add of the Marie Curie Cancer Charity so if you would like to donate a prize besides buying tickets we would be very grateful to receive something big or small. Its all to the good.

Please tidy up behind you before you leave the circuit on Sunday night (particularly tyres & empty fuel cans please as they are considered hazardous waste)
